We represent people accused of traffic violations, DUI, and other misdemeanor offenses. We also represent juvenile offenders and felony drug offenders wishing to participate in Drug Court or other rehabilitative treatment.
Traffic Violations. We work to help clients effectively deal with traffic violations. We educate clients as to the possible consequences of traffic violations to their driver’s license and other possible penalties. Our goal is to help clients obtain the best outcome when charged with traffic offenses.
DUI. We assist clients charged with DUI. We work to not only help clients negotiate the legal problems they face from a DUI, but help educate them as to the possible treatment providers who may help them determine if their situation is caused by a drinking problem.
Drug Court. We assist individuals with arrests stemming from their drug addictions obtain substance abuse treatment and resolve their legal issues through the Griffin Judicial Circuit’s Drug Court.
Juvenile Offenders. We assist juveniles and their families when juveniles are charged with criminal offenses. We strive to ensure that juveniles are treated fairly and given their full due process under the law.
